Constructivity is a demanding process which requires a plan and procedure for getting to a result. The requirement is to align upon objective reality. It requires knowledge and standards of objectivity. Corruption obliterates all elements of the process.

If people had to do constructive things, there would be no such thing as corruption, because the demands of constructivity leave no space for corruption and involve endless processes which overlap with other constructive processes. It's like a motor which only works when a lot of complex things are in place with demanding specifications.

In the shifting social standards, there is no description of the process required to get results. Sloganeering replaces the process required for constructivity. Supposedly, having the right values is the determining influence.

One of the requirements of constructivity is to determine cause-and-effect relationships. A lot of abstract evaluation is needed to determine what cause-and-effect relationships are. Power mongers don't produce abstract evaluation; instead they fake their results.

Without constructivity, incompetent power mongers expect someone else to figure out how to get the results. Or worse, they use fake procedures which subvert the rationality which they are opposed to or attack the whole concept of constructivity as if it were a corruption.

Incompetent power mongers assume constructivity is a corruption, because they lose when demands are placed upon them. They pretend that there is something inherently corrupt about constructivity and the solution is chaos out of which the powerful prevail against vulnerable persons for reasons which are concealed in fraud and darkness.

The opposition to a constructive process is an element of the attack upon rationality that power mongers wage. The whole concept of demands originating with objective reality is opposed by power mongers, as they live in a subjective bubble disconnected from objective reality and assume that subjective expression must not be limited by objective demands—the essence of lawlessness.
