I do basic science criticism in terms the public can understand, not superficial criticism. Superficial would be ok in providing information on time and place, as long as basic information were not ignored, but it is. Without basic information, the arguments never end. Conservatives do the opposite. Even though they accidently eneded up on the right side of the global warming issue due to their promotion of big oil, they will not touch the basic science of the subject. Even worse, they say the physics of global warming is flawless perfection, but global warming is not occurring because of clouds. The physics couldn't be a bigger fraud. The basic science of global warming must look at heat capacity. It shows that if all 0.7°C heating of the atmosphere said to be caused by global warming went into the surface of the oceans to a depth of 100 meters, the ocean surface temperature increase would be 0.025°C, and none of the heating would be left in the air. Ice would be even less influenced. It means global warming does not have the slightest ability to warm the oceans, melt Arctic ice, create hurricanes or cause ocean levels to rise. Whatever is happening, it is not caused by greenhouse gases creating global warming. All superficial arguing and several thousand scientific publications are proven to be irrelevant corruptions by this simple fact of basic science. If the basic science were being discussed and criticized from the beginning, most persons would never have heard of global warming. About Gary Novak
