What Humans Are

March 1, 2023

All corruption is an attempt to redefine what humans are. So the subject needs to be clarified.

Corrupters are trying to convince themselves and others that life is sustained by creating problems rather than solving problems. They mean creating problems for other persons is solving problems for themselves. But "other persons" means everyone but one person (self). So creating problems for approximately everyone is supposedly solving problems. Contradictions are created in allowing motives to overwhelm realities.

All religions start with the claim that humans are spiritual beings inside bodies. The differences are in the sociology. So there needs to be a clarification of the starting point of the demands of biological existence in a sociological environment of ever increasing complexity.

For example, the libs gone awry were concerned about the problem of water availability during the 1970s. There were two main options being discussed: One, moving icebergs into place where they could be melted and two, melting Arctic ice with nuclear energy and pumping the water southward.

Then the so-called Reagan revolution changed the purposes of human existence to defeating enemies which supposedly solves all human problems; and that was the end of liberals going awry. No one has yet decided that something needs to be done about the water shortage.

Biology requires a lot of water. You wouldn't know it from the politics. Supposedly, ammunition and its methods of administration take care of everything. There is nothing about ammunition and weapons in biology 101 or Ph.D. degrees in any part of biology.

But prevailing against enemies was the new formula for meeting the needs of humans. There is nothing in that formula that meets the physiological needs of animal or plant life. Doesn't the EPA look after that? Even if it does, the EPA is one of the prime targets for decimation by conservatives, along with the rest of the bureaucracies which are supposed to look over the shoulders of the deciders who now allow no one to look over their shoulders.

The know-nothings who now represent journalism have endless formulas for social improvement, such as growing protein in vats, using agriculture for energy sources or redesigning photosynthesis for mechanical devices. For every hundred dollars input, they get a dollars worth of output and assume improvements from that starting point will solve human problems.

Healthcare expenses would be reduced to a third of less, if people attempted to optimize nutrition. Nutrition is one of the most complex and incongruous subjects for humans, which means no realistic attempts at optimization are possible until the public is educated on the subject. But the bureaucrats are clueless on the subject of nutrition, so they do nothing to promote public education on the subject.

The complexities of nutrition can only be studied at the physiological level, because there are thousands of interacting control mechanisms that influence nutrition. Making a guess from indirect evidence combined with background knowledge on physiology is all humans can to do evaluate nutrition.

For example, bureaucrats say fat equals calories consumed minus calories burned up and therefore burning calories through exercise is how to reduce fat. They didn't notice that the more calories burned up during exercise, the more calories that go into fat. If that weren't true, people would kill themselves getting exercise by burning up something other than fat for energy.

So evolution adapted to the problem over half a billion years, but nutritionists don't know that. Exercise gurus keep promoting the infantile equation while watching the opposite happen over and over. The more fat burned up through exercise, the more fat their clients produce.

That's because nature evolved thousands of interacting control mechanisms for physiology. Not an iota of awareness of that fact enters official information on nutrition.

There is no definable optimum for human physiology, because contradictions develop in complex biology, as various functions depend upon each other and interact with each other. The contradictions cannot be totally resolved.

Biology becomes more fragile and vulnerable to extinction, as it becomes more complex due to interacting dependencies which get contradicted where there is change. All biology will become extinct in two to ten millions years (a flash in evolution), even if humans have no influence over the result, because of the unresolvable contradictions in complex functions depending upon each other.

An example is the physiology of zinc metabolism. There is almost no zinc in plants for two reasons: One, plants avoid minerals in their metabolism to every extent possible, so they are not restricted in their habitats. Two, plant roots will absorb anything soluble in their environment, but there is very little zinc in their environment.

So zinc accumulates as it goes up the food chain, much like mercury accumulates in large fish. Predator animals pick up more zinc than herbivores do. The great apes evolved from monkeys, as they became light predators and picked up more zinc.

Zinc does two things to improve animal physiology. It strengthens the immune system creating longer lifespan and it strengthens bones allowing them to support more weight while being thinner. Monkey size would have been kept small by the shortage of zinc for strengthening bones.

Those effects of zinc were added after hominids evolved as the most complex forms of biology, which means zinc metabolism was built upon overwhelmingly complex interdependencies which could not resolve all of the contradictions. So what did zinc do? It hijacked the copper metabolizing physiology. Taking zinc and copper supplements at the same time will result in a copper shortage. Zinc should be taken in mornings and copper in evenings.

I notice preliminary indications that taking vitamin C and zinc reduces zinc to a nonfunctional form, perhaps changing it from the plus two form to the plus one form or nonionic metal. If so, vitamin C should not be taken two hours before or after taking zinc.

But vitamin C does need to be taken with iron, because vitamin C will prevent iron form oxidizing to the plus three form which is quite toxic. So vitamin C should be taken with iron but not with zinc.

Copper is almost impossible to take as a supplement. It is such a strong oxidizing agent that it is used to sterilize fence posts in the ground. So most places that sell mineral supplements do not even carry copper. Ordering copper over the internet is usually the only way it can be acquired.

How then do humans take copper? If taken any old time, it will oxidize food being digested and create indigestion. So a possible compromise is to take copper on an almost empty stomach, but not quite, and add some rice with it, because rice is almost pure starch and oxidation of carbohydrate results in less toxic products than oxidation of nitrogen-containing compounds. Copper should not be taken on a totally empty stomach, because it will be absorbed too rapidly, which can damage the liver. In fact, I would not recommend taking the full two milligrams of copper recommended per day over a long term due to potential damage to the liver. Over a long term, maybe one milligram per day.

The primary source of copper in human nutrition is fed livestock. Growers should feed minerals to their livestock; but there are no requirements. Beef is better than other types of meat, because less hormones and antibiotics are used with beef. Yet, fakes try to discourage people from eating "red meat," whatever that means—they don't say. Red meat should be the most preferrable source of minerals.

Now days, neonicotinoid pesticides accumulate in fed livestock, because neonicotinoids do not break down the way old fashioned pesticides used to. So they accumulate in meat. Frauds say neonicotinoids don't effect humans due to a methyl group. It's total fraud. They wouldn't know if it were true, because the details of neurotransmitter influences are not that easy to evaluate. Neurotransmitter do not respond to such trivial effects. A methyl group would be virtually invisible to the process, since it is not significantly polarized and is quite small. That means the whole story is fake.

The problem with neonicotinoids is that they affect smooth muscles, and blood arteries are controlled by smooth muscles. So arteries don't function properly when influenced by neonicotinoids; and blood then drains toward feet creating foot problems from excess blood pressure. Then people are told to wear pressure socks instead of correcting the fraud.

The proper way to reduce fat is to optimize nutrition and get a moderate amount of exercise. The type of nutrition that reduces fat most rapidly is a raw food diet. That's because monkeys ate a raw food diet; and they needed to be feather-weight for climbing trees. So a raw food diet creates all the signals required for burning fat down to a minimal level. Of course, nutritionists in the bureaucracies won't hear a word of it. They say the only difference is that there are fewer calories in a raw food diet.

The easiest way to lose some fat is to eat an apple on an empty stomach. Apples are the most ideal representation of raw food, because they evolved quite naturally with little human intervention.

But there can be a danger in breaking down fat too rapidly. Fat stores various toxins from food, so when the fat breaks down, those toxins are released rapidly, often in much larger quantities than originally in food. So if such a toxic effect occurs when breaking down fat, the thing to do is eat a couple spoonfulls of sugar to stop the fat breakdown process and then approach the process more slowly.
