Ice ages have been occurring at intervals of exactly 100 thousand years. The next one could have begun already based upon the charts.

 
The cause of ice ages is not known, but there is a water clock in the northern Pacific Ocean involved. When warm Pacific Ocean water flows over the Bering Strait, it heats Arctic Ocean water causing a lot of snow to form in the north. If the snow does not melt during the summer, it reflects away sunlight triggering the next ice age.

That almost happened a few years ago, when a lot of snow fell in northern Canada. It barely melted. If it hadn't melted, the northern U.S. would be buried under snow right now. When it does happen, a lot of northerners will have to be rescued by Chinook helicopters, if the blizzards let up enough.

Shouldn't be wasting all that coal in Wyoming. It won't be accessible when the next ice age begins. Better a little clean carbon dioxide than no energy left for heating.

Nothing in the air has the slightest ability to warm ocean water or melt significant ice, because there is relatively little heat capacity in the air. In other words, if all the heat in the air went into the surface of the oceans or into Arctic ice, nothing significant would happen.

Physicists should know that. They don't. They have been producing fake calculations for ocean heating due to greenhouse gases. That's why there hasn't been an iota of correct physics produced since Newton's laws in 1687. Physicists are too incompetent to produce anything but fraud.

Natural gas is a rare form of energy which is needed for specialty purposes. It was squandered producing electricity. Last year there was such an abundance that it drove the price down. This year, it is becoming scarce. The reason is because fracking produced a lot of natural gas; but fracking costs more than it is worth. Banks and idiot investors have been making up the difference—that is until now. As the fracking ends for natural gas, a shortage of natural gas develops. The Russians still have quite a bit. Who knows how much.

Heating The Pacific Ocean

There is an unusual heating the northern Pacific Ocean. One theory is a volcano on the ocean floor, but the area is too large for that. A possible explanation is a hot spot rotating in the center of the Earth.

The hot spot would be the iron core moving. Evidence is in the rapidly moving magnetic north pole. There is no other, good explanation for magnetic north moving. Magnetic flux moving does not have a good logic to it.

The iron core moving toward the Pacific Ocean every 100 thousand years could explain the precise frequency of ice ages over the past ten cycles. Some say variations in solar intensity could be the cause of the Pacific Ocean heating, but the heating is not uniform enough for increased solar radiation.

Forces which do not have a good explanation tend to be caused by spirit world conspirators. They certainly are the cause of high pressure air masses parking in critical places and creating excessive heat and drought. So they could be the cause of the Pacific Ocean heating. But they probably are not the cause, because the precise frequency every 100 thousand years plus movement of magnetic north indicate a geological explanation.
