Physicists began lying 177 years ago to conceal their ignorance. Then they embellished the lying to glamorize their incompetence. Now they contrive fakery to increase their corrupt power, such as a helicopter on Mars, when there is only 1% as much atmosphere on Mars as on Earth, which prevents a helicopter from functioning. Carbon dioxide can only absorb 0.16% of the energy leaving the earth's surface, because it can only absorb low frequency radiation which is emitted by cold matter, and cold matter emits almost no radiation. More than a century ago, real scientists were keeping incompetent physicists in their place. So they measured absorption and determined that a small amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere absorbs all radiation available to it, so more CO2 cannot absorb more radiation—called saturation. Fakes defied the result and contrived a fraudulent method of calculating heating by carbon dioxide which erased the saturation. Only 2% of the energy on the surface of the Earth (from the sun's energy) leaves in the form of radiation, because cold surfaces emit almost no radiation. The average temperature of the Earth is said to be 59°F. Of that 2% radiation, only 8% is absorbed by carbon dioxide. This fact was determined during the early 1950s, with no disputes. The graph for total radiation shows why. The absorption bands for carbon dioxide create three narrow strips, which look like 8% of the total bandwidth. So 2% of 8% is 0.16% of the energy leaving the Earth's surface being absorbed by carbon dioxide; and it saturates, so more carbon dioxide cannot absorb more than that. Physicists lie about it claiming 79% of the energy leaving the surface of the Earth is in the form of radiation, because no one would assume greenhouse gases would be relevant, if very little radiation is available to be absorbed. A white-hot light bulb could not emit 79% radiation without a vacuum environment. Some of the incompetents in science (the ones who propagandize the public) claim so-called greenhouse gases create the only factor heating the atmosphere producing 33°C temperature increase. They missed the conduction and convection that picks up heat, as wind sweeps over the surface of the Earth. Eighth graders studying general science would not have missed the conduction and convection.
