An Intolerance Barrier

May 23, 2021

Trump's followers are disconnecting from nomal realities and contriving their own absurd realities. Trump created a commiserating, self-centered group that cannot tolerate external realities.

Conflict often does not have an apparent explanation. It stems from an intolerance barrier. Corrupters put themselves into a position which is in conflict with rational existence.

Rationalizing corruption does that. Rationalizing is weaving a web in conflict with reality. After doing a lot of that, a position is synthesized which is intolerant of rationality.

One of the elements of rationalizing is contriving a position of superiority. To rationalize is an attempt to prevail. Prevailing requires superiority. After convincing themselves and no one else, corrupters put themselves in a position in conflict with reality.

Conflict with reality is an extremely weak position. The weakness is the source of intolerance. Weak persons must prevent forces from working against them. The inevitable failures create a high degree of sensitivity to opposing forces—the essence of intolerance.

The intolerance resulting from rationalized corruption includes an intolerance for any evidence of opposition including the values of opponents. It leads to an us-versus-them mentality. The world of opponents must be stomped out of existence.

Because of those developed forces, corrupters are attacking a state of existence. Everything about the world outside the bubble they are in is attacked and opposed. They know nothing about the external world they attack; they simply find a force opposing them due to their position in conflict with the rest of existence.

That position is the opposite of objective reality—it's ultra-selfishness. It's a focus upon themselves. They increase their problems by focusing upon themselves and focus upon themselves because of their increase in problems—a self-generating problem.

That strange condition is a large part of Trumpism. Trumpism is a commiserating experience. It's a tight-knit group who find the world to be against them except for similar persons who commiserate with them. (Trump can't understand why he is dealt with differently by journalists.)

The important characteristic of that group is that there is nothing in their external reality that made them that way, and therefore, nothing that will solve their problems. Simply not commiserating with them is to be the assumed cause of their problems.

What Trump did was coalesce the group and give them the power of numbers. They assume that their new power should solve their problems, while it only makes them worse. So they keep striving for more and more power, while it can do no more than make their problems worse.

They find somewhat of an alleviation of their problem in disconnecting from other realities. So they try to withdraw into their own unique realities. The realities must be unique, which means absurd. They take absurd positions, such as the big lie that Trump won the election, because it is their own unique reality, which means free from external influences which impose conflicting realities upon them.
