Dedifferentiation Misrepresents

September 30, 2020

Differentiation is a process of creating complexities by increasing differences. In biology, differentiation is the creation of new structures such as spores.

In communication, differentiation is explaining complexities. Dedifferentiation is over-simplifying. Corrupters dedifferentiate, because they don't understand complexities.

An example of dedifferentiation is to create false equivalencies. To put Trump on an equal basis to his opponents is to create a false equivalency, because there are major differences being ignored.

Trump doesn't deal with realities, he deals with forces. To not differentiate between the explanation of realities and the use of force is to conceal way too much difference.

Forces destroy realities. The definition of force is, that which conflicts with realities. False realities create the primary conflict with the unified realities that create life.

Trump also creates force through disruptiveness, attack and degradation. Those forces prevent realities from being developed.

Corruption is a conflict with reality. Truth is the form of reality which represents the unified reality that makes up life. And truth is the only force which corrupters cannot subdue. (Truth is a force in its conflict with the state corrupters are in.)

Truth evolves through all interactions of realities, because correct relationships reinforce each other, while incorrect relationships contradict each other, whenever realities interact.

Therefore, corrupters are somewhat defeated whenever realities interact. There is no right way for corrupters to argue and win. They can only win by preventing realities from interacting, and force is used to do that. Unfortunately for them, the use of force is also a reality which can increase truth about their corruptness.

Weak journalists tend to dedifferentiate. Creating false equivalencies is an example. To equate Trump's disruptiveness to Biden's telling him to shut up is a false equivalency. Telling Trump to shut up is not a disruptive force but a necessary statement for diminishing the disruptive force.

Journalists dedifferentiate out of weakness. It eliminates the need to understand a subject or the danger of ending up on the wrong side of an issue.

Dedifferentiation makes complexities disappear, but it also makes important fact disappear and misrepresents, often through false equivalencies. Pretending that Trump and his opponents are equivalents is to promote the fascism that Trump represents.
