Artificial Intelligence Is Not Intelligence

The new form of artificial intelligence that is being promoted is nothing but a rearrangement of words. How could rearrangement be any improvement over the original form? What is an improvement upon human activities? Humans write summaries and introductions to subjects. Why would programed routines which re-scramble the human activities be an improvement? Of course, there is no improvement.

The recent promotion of artificial intelligence is a sales pitch. It's all over the map for purposes, from saving labor to doing what humans cannot do. Old technology and robotics are brought into the picture as rationalizations for the process. But the older procedures do not use the same mechanism.

In other words, the purpose is to impose some more technological fraud onto society at great expense and harmfulness. Incompetent power mongers do that as a method of ripping everyone off with nothing real and constructive for a result. Corrupters need to evade what is real and constructive, because rationality exposes them as the incompetent corrupters that they are. They muddle fraud to evade accountability.

To sell the new form of artificial intelligence literature is compared between AI and humans. AI wins hands down in impressing through the unusual and unexpected. That means producing word salad is elevated to the highest achievement of humans.

Word salad is how incompetent frauds took over the complex demands of society including science. Know-nothings get PhD degrees in science by substituting word salad for knowledge. Then fact checkers use their incompetence as the source of truth that society runs on.

The essence of the fraud of AI is eliminating awareness and knowledge from decision making processes. The test is in the banalities of irrelevant literature; and then the result is to slide the process into critical functions that require awareness and knowledge, as if all realities and concerns come out of the same pit of word salad.

Even in the most mundane examples, invariable screw-ups occur and must be rationalized away in a statistical manner based on cost-effectiveness. A few screw-ups can supposedly be tolerated in exchange for the cheap substitute for human input.

One of the problems with statistical rationalizations is that the screw-ups get rapidly compounded, while the statistics are only applied to one point at a time. The whole social order is becoming nonfunctional on the basis of problems being statistically irrelevant.

As society gets technologically complex, the single points of damage get more relevant than huge amounts of correct functionality. One flaw can destroy complexity. Artificial intelligence has no ability to detect, let alone prevent, the single points of incorrectness that destroy entire complex processes.
