As record-breaking heat increases, frauds become more bold in their contempt for the science of the subject. Science is a methodology, not an opinion. What is the methodology of the frauds? It's having know-nothings impose fraud onto society with no criticism being allowed.

The record breaking heat and floods are caused by the air not moving. When air stops moving, heat increases, pressure increases and moisture won't precipitate. Then when pressure drops, that accumulated moisture comes out all at once. Carbon dioxide does not prevent the air from moving.

Record breaking heat goes back a millennia or so. What was causing it a millennia or so ago? Nothing humans have seen for climate has occurred for the first time. Yet know-nothings use seeing as believing in promoting fraud over rationality. Know-nothings are determining the sociology, while anyone with half a brain has been silenced or shoved out, if not fired.

The IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel On Climate Change) is a fraud organization controlled by political hacks along with incompetent scientists who are willing to be controlled by them. Nothing they do is valid science. They produce no procedure that would be valid science. They impose opinions only and screen for sycophants who promote their frauds.

Know-nothings use the IPCC as their source of authority on climate. There is no scientific authority involved. It is governmental fraud, not scientific authority.

So every time weather or climate enters the news, the IPCC expresses the opinion that a factor involved is climate change caused by increased carbon dioxide in the air. They guess at the result, as if their guessing were science.

The published science on the subject was the contrivance of "radiative transfer equations" as a fraudulent determination of how much heat doubling of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere would create. Everything about radiative transfer equations was fraud including the use of the world's largest computers, so no one could verify the results.
