Validity Corruption

September 30, 2022

Know-nothings in journalism are allowed to speak for scientists as a method of washing the hands of fake scientists in promoting absurdities. That's a validity corruption. Only after fraud journalism convinces the public do fraud scientists pretend to have studied the question.

Another example of validity corruption is the courts deciding the science of a subject, such as carbon dioxide being a pollutant. No one decides real science—within science or without. Science is forever an open question, or it isn't science.

If courts can arbitrate science, not far down the road is Nazism. That's because stable reality disappears in the absence of validity. Stable reality in complex areas depends upon forever improving upon knowledge. Once arbitrariness enters the process, there is nothing stable to improve upon. It's like an ice castle melting.

What corrupters are doing is replacing the evaluation process with a consensus process; and on that basis synthesizing a consensus around motives. Science ends where evaluation ends. Consensus is not allowed anywhere near real science. But nonscientists don't seem to know the difference.

Perhaps only scientists learn the difference between evaluation and consensus. It seems nonscientists were supposed to have learned the difference in demanding areas; but there needs to be an innate concern for the integrity of objective reality and the rationality aligned upon it before evaluation can prevail over the impositions of forces such as consensus.

The requirements are not arbitrary. Either objective reality defines life based on the laws of the universe, or life disintegrates in conflict with the laws of the universe.

Since the universe defines life and the solutions to problems, only the universe can define validity in life. Objective reality is required to align upon the requirements created by the universe. Consensus is a contempt for that process.

Courts can impose requirements in conflict with science, as government can't be perfect; but calling the result science is a falsehood. Then corrections become impossible due to falsehood being instituted as science.
