What An Economy Is

February 7, 2023

Economists assume unemployment should lower inflation; so they put people out of work to lower inflation. That's beyond stupid. Any encumbrance to business increases the cost of products, which is what the concern of inflation is. Inability to get employees is a major encumbrance to business; and it requires higher prices. The scale of production has to be reduced when there aren't enough employees; and everyone knows scale is important to efficiency and lower prices.

Professionals do not view an economy as the total human activity that determines how money flows; they view economics as control over money supply. One of the differences is the number of persons involved. Eight billion persons are involved in the human activity which controls the flow of money, while less than one percent of them control money supply in a systematic manner.

Deliberate control of the money supply means getting money channeled into havens such as the stock market. Mongered power is required to control the money supply in such a manner. There is no such things as constructive mongering of power.

Making the attempt means extracting more and more money out of circulation. Thievery, lawlessness, force and violence are needed to do that. That's what professionals assume economics consists of.

Economics is not my area; but I think you could throw a rock in a mudhole and get closer to what an economy is than professionals do. There is no real subject of economics; and the invariable results of imaginary subjects is alignment upon motives—think corruptions.

The subject of economics is nonexistent in the sense that it is invisible to the economists. The money that is moving around could be referred to as the economy, but professionals don't see the money moving around. They are too absorbed in contrivances aligned on their motives to see what is happening in society.

The stock market seems to be the most important part of the economy to the professionals, as they interpret everything that happens in terms of the stock market. The stock market has become nothing but a gambling casino and redistribution of resources for the power mongers who took over the social order.

money supplyThe professionals didn't notice the money supply being ripped out of the social order and the nonfunctionality that resulted. A large part of society can no longer pay for housing, healthcare and education. More income will not solve the problems, because the money supply no longer exists for a large part of the economy. That means the persons who supply the housing, healthcare and education are also going bankrupt. They try to make ends meet through extraction procedures, and workers look to them like the most likely place to succeed in extracting.

Power mongers do not see money flowing and failing to flow through the lower classes. All they see is lazy persons who refuse to work. They don't know that it takes income to work. They assume the more the lower classes are ripped off, they more work they will do.

It seems to escape the awareness of power mongers that it takes money to get to work. It takes housing, healthcare and education to get to work. Those things cost a lot of money now days, particularly after conservatives and power mongers destroyed the economy for lower class persons.

Power mongers assume that ripping people off improves an economy. They call it austerity. That means putting people out of work to increase the ability to pay debts.

There is a background concept to austerity that tells power mongers that there are too many people on planet Earth, which is the cause of economic problems; and therefore, shoving some of the persons out of the economy improves an economy.

It's the zero sum mentality. It says there is only so much of anything and therefore fewer persons grabbing onto it is an improvement. There is assumed to be more for each person when there are fewer persons competing for what there is. There never was enough flint to go around, which proves the zero sum assumptions.

In other words, an awful lot of persons who dominate the social order don't have a clue what is happening in the lower classes. Yet they assume they can extract from the lower classes to solve their problems.

A large part of the unemployed and homeless population is capable of working and would be working if it were possible for them to get a job. You think anyone can get a job who wants to work? You are out of contact with reality if you assume that.

Low class persons are required to have a work history to be employable. A work history means being employed in the recent past. Too many weeks or months without employment permanently removes low class persons from the economy. It's an underworld of needless human degradation by power mongers who don't have a clue what they are destroying.

Of course that's why I don't determine what science is—I'm not assumed to be qualified. Anyone who assumes qualifications have anything to do with science is part of the problem. How qualified are the know-nothing journalists who imposed science fraud onto society and allowed no criticism of it?

If science is not determined by rationality, it doesn't exist. A complex society is trying to survive on a basis of fraud for complex realities, because power mongering determines its realities instead of rationality. Five hundred years of evolved knowledge in science is flushed down the drain of power mongering fraud, where a complex economy totally depends upon getting science right.
