Relevance matters because it determines results. One of the elements of corruption is getting relevance wrong and not producing results.

Why do something if it does not determine results? That's the question about corruption. Why promote corruption when it is not constructive? To monger power is why. Power mongering replaces constructivity for corrupters.

There are two questions: One is the significance of redirecting activity to mongering power; and the other is the significance of not producing real results.

Corrupters are so certain that power is everything that anyone who worries about results is viewed as naive. The most extreme corrupters do not want real results, because their enemies benefit and demands are placed upon them with real results. Less corrupt power mongers assume mongering power is the source of results.

Lack of logic goes with power mongering due to the mix-up between what is desired and what is constructive. Rationalizing creates reverse logic, as corrupters tend to believe their own lies after they are repeated often enough.

For these reasons, the significance of relevance needs to be clarified. Relevance can be viewed as the link to assumed results. Irrelevancies do not have the necessary links. Without those links, necessary results do not get produced.

That's a characteristic of power mongering—not producing necessary results. Yet power mongers pretend otherwise and sometimes convince themselves otherwise.

That situation is the essence of exploitation. It's producing nonresults or negative results while depending upon someone else to produce real results. But seldom is exploitation recognized. Open and recognized exploitation gets defeated, while concealed and subconscious exploitation does not. So the invisible exploitation grows as a necessary requirement for mongering power.

Power mongering is the fix for incompetence. It replaces the essential elements of constructivity with exploitation, where someone else produces the results. The fakery doesn't look right; yet we are supposed to pretend that it is a superior standard, since power has the purpose of overwhelming rationality.

The obnoxiousness of the fakery that power mongers produce requires some clarifying. One of the most significant elements of constructivity eliminated by power mongers is knowledge. Power mongers do not acquire knowledge. They don't know it, because it takes knowledge to know the absence of knowledge.

In fact, power mongers assume they have superior knowledge. The process generates false assumptions about knowledge just as for exploitation. Power must be knowledge and real results in the psychological conditioning of the process.

It is the absence of knowledge that eliminates the rationality that power mongering replaces. Knowledge is abstract. That means it is not perceivable. Being nonperceivable, its absence is not known; so substitutes fill in the blank spaces where knowledge is required.

Corrupters replace knowledge with irrelevancies. Irrelevancies are nothing but place holders for knowledge, so they don't have any particular requirements. Entertainment is often a substitute for knowledge, though there is such a thing as valid entertainment. More often, propaganda is the substitute for knowledge. Even more often, nonsensical blather is the substitute for knowledge.

Fake experts go through the education system supposedly acquiring knowledge without acquiring real knowledge. They use replication as a substitute for knowledge without knowing the difference. Replication is based upon representations such as labels creating the supposed essence of a subject.

The point is, what happens when fake experts produce nothing but replicating without knowledge. You get carbon dioxide contrivance, renewable energy destroying the environment and energy systems, electric motors getting 96% efficiency, magnetic lifts for aircraft carriers which have to be replaced—in other words, destructive results.
