Progressive means creating solutions instead of stealing from others and bankrupting society to make incompetent power mongers rich. That means creating the standards and real science necessary for the increasing complexities of society. Rationality aligned on objective reality creates the standards and methods which are needed. It means the laws of the universe define human existence, not the criminality of fascists or subjective cat fights and intolerance of conservatives arguing over personal realities and values which put fascists in power. Green is the opposite of progressive. It's nihilism imposed upon society by know-nothings. The decadence of green fraud is ultra-conservative in destroying energy and transportation systems and making the lower classes pay through the nose for the result. Responsible nuclear energy with clean coal for the transition is the only solution to the energy problem. Correct science and the truth that removes corruption, in science and out, is the only method of producing responsible results. The next ice age could occur at any time. Ice ages have been occurring like clockwork at brief 100 thousand year intervals. The graph shows that the next ice age could start at any time. When it does, the valuable coal in Wyoming will be covered in ice and unavailable. Chinook helicopters will be needed to remove northerners, as northern roads will be unusable for the next 80 thousand years. Yet there has not been an iota of correct physics produced since Newton's laws in 1687. Fraud made incompetent power mongers successful. It won't protect society from the next ice age.
