Homelessness was systematically created in the U.S. It was then systematically sustained by obstructing solutions.

The project began during the 1970s by bulldozing all low class housing. The concept of homelessness did not exist before then. The most destitute persons had "flop houses."

There was no pretense of an improvement or explanation. The properties were simply converted to other purposes, as if it were normalcy to do so. But as we see over time, there is a major force behind the process. Some persons get extreme hostile to attempts to solve problems for the homeless.

So the basic realities need to start with the motive. Of course it is the same motive as the war against the lower classes, which becomes highly visible in the politics of conservatives.

The historical angle was discussed philosophically; but it is much more rudimentary than the homelessness problem. Historically, there was a discussion of misfits and genetically inferior persons; but it didn't lead to homelessness. It did enter the Nazi pretext for purifying a nonexistent Arian race.

While the historical forces might have always existed, they transformed into a peculiar manifestation related to modernized sociology for homelessness. The difference is in condensations of power replacing primitive manifestations of power.

As social power increased, particularly in the U.S., it was used to transform on a massive scale. A large group of persons were moved out of social existence in one sweep of the power mongering conspiracies.

You say you don't see the conspiracies? Conspiracies are camouflaged like stealth technology for aircraft. You see the result in the result. A large part of the result requires coordination; it can't be produce by isolated persons.

Power is required to produce conspiracies. All corruption is a conspiracy, as isolated individuals cannot defy the universe. In fact, sources of power cannot defy the universe; but persons who acquire power assume they can. It's an illusion that goes with power.

Too many gullible persons assume there is no reason to be a corrupter and therefore corrupters are not corrupters. One of the most absurd manifestation is the claim that science is self-correcting; and therefore there are no errors in science. In fact, when Congressman Dingle created a hearing on corruption in science, the scientists created a meeting and said they would police themselves; and that was the end of the congressional hearing, as if corrupters policing themselves would end corruption.

It would seem superficially that there is no reason for there to be a war against the lower classes; and therefore, there is no official recognition of it existing. Even journalistic critics do not mention a war against the lower classes. And yet conservatives are getting extremely dogmatic in imposing a war against the lower Classes. Trump's most recent list of his intended actions upon becoming president again (Agenda 47) includes every imaginable method of stomping all low class persons out of existence.

It's more than easy to line up a bunch of philosophical concepts on corruption and say, that's why a war against the lower classes exists. But none of it rings bells in society. The concepts are too abstract. Yet the war against the lower classes is the prevailing influence of the prevail corrupters taking over the social order and creating fascism.

The broadest concept is that power disconnects from the objective realities of the universe that define life and solutions to problems. But corrupters don't know it; they assume power is the highest state of existence and the answer to everything—the source of truth, knowledge and justice. Yet the lower classes demand solutions to problems. The impositions of the lower classes expose the fallacies of power mongering.

Another related concept is that corrupters, being worthless, assume they are what they are in contact with, as if their surroundings determined their worth. It's why Trump surrounds himself with gold paint. He assumes it makes him worth gold.

So corrupters assume that if they were in contact with low class persons, it would make them low class persons. To prevent that from happening, they try to exterminate low class persons.
