Logic Reductionism And The Supreme Court.

As conservatives reduce the social order to fascism, their lack of logic is being imposed onto everyone. Corrupters cannot produce logic, because there is no logic to corruption. Corruption is self-defeating, while corrupters impose it as an inviolable necessity which cannot be defied. Any opposition to the conservative standard is attacked as a threat to existence.

The most recent example is a Supreme Court case which shows how overwhelming the conservative standard has become. The case was a successful attempt to extend religious intolerance to apply to web site production. Supposedly, a web site producer would be religiously imposed upon, if the customer had undesirable religious values.

Since a previous Supreme Court decision determined that an artistic result cannot be imposed upon cake designers, the purpose of the newer court case was to extend the religious implications beyond artistic designs to including web site production. If producing a web site is an artistic design, the case would have been mute, since artistic designs were already decided upon in the earlier case. That means, by deduction, that web site production is not an artistic design but must be under the same religious restrictions as an artistic design.

If producing a web site is not an artistic design, then the result is no different than selling ice cream. Yet religion was applied to the result. So the case was shaped by an artist who did not actually produce web sites, which extended the artist's concerns into a new endeavor, which would not have been appropriate if the new endeavor was an artistic design. Get the logic? It's the type of fraud conservatives use to take over the social order—no logic at all being imposed as a universal necessity.

So the court produced a bunch of religious blather to rationalize the imposition of religion in creating a web site which had no artistic design, or it would have been a mute case, since artistic designs were already rule upon in a previous case.

Did or did not the case involve artistic design? The logic says it did not involve artistic design; but the implications said an artist was involved, which might have resulted in artistic design.

That question should have been resolved by looking at the facts. Did or did not the words, actions or result involve artistic design or religion? But there were no words, actions or results; it was a hypothetical.

There is no place for hypotheticals in court cases, because hypotheticals are all over the map. But conservatives cannot produce a consistent logic; and stabilized realities reveal the logic involved. So hypothetical realities are needed to go in circles, pretending one thing for justification and then pretending the opposite for a result.

When that occurs at the level of the Supreme Court and prevails in the ruling; conservatives rule in imposing their corruptions and fascism onto society.

The Problem That Conservatives Have

The conservative problem results from motives replacing rationality. Rationality means relating one reality to another. That process generates truth, which is the only force corrupters cannot defeat.

Describing relationships between realities results in consistent relationships being reinforced and inconsistent relationships being weakened. The consistent relationships define truth. Truth is the communicated representation of unified reality. Unified means consistent relationships between realities.

The objective realities of the universe are the only source of unified realities. No one is going to replace the universe with an alternative. That means rationality aligns realities upon the universe. No substitute can be anything but destructivity.

Yet corrupters are trying to produce a substitute for rationality, because they can't tolerate the truth that rationality produces. The only result they can produce in conflict with rationality is arbitrary and self-contradictory whim aligned upon motives.

Reagan promoted that standard as an assumed correction. He said, if you have to explain, you are already a loser. He assumed everyone is trying to be a winner and rationality is creating losers. What is the absence of rationality that Reagan assumed he was promoting? It is undefined and subconscious. It is whatever flows out of corrupters. Corrupters actually assume that everyone should be promoting whatever flows out of themselves with no rationality involved.

The result of that process is chaos and anarchy. Imposing it is totalitarianism. What flows out of each person without rationality is in conflict with what flows out of each other person without rationality.

That standard is how conservatives are taking over society. Why are they prevailing? Because demagoguery tells corrupters that being winners is the answer to everything, and corruption is how incompetents become winners.

Corrupters are obsessed by their personal problems, because incompetence makes them losers. So they assume being winners will solve their problems. They assume to be winners they must prevail against other persons. They dominate to prevail, while no one can function constructively while being dominated by destroyers.

The absence of rationality in the arguments of conservatives is the result of trying to be winners by imposing motives in contempt for proper relationships between realities. The measure of their success is the destruction of social structures which are taken over by incompetents and used as power structures for personal gain at everyone else's expense.

One of the results is fake science and technology destroying energy and transportation systems. Know-nothings impose the fraud onto everyone with no criticism being allowed. Know-nothings assume they couldn't possibly be wrong, because winners impose fraud onto everyone else to prevail by dominating.

Their ability to defy rationality is their measure of success. They assume rationality is for fools, because Reagan said so. It's called "the Reagan revolution." It means Reagan described the transition from rationality being normal to irrationality being "the new normal." Conservatives claimed they were creating a new normal. Their methodology was to "get rid of eighty years of liberalism gone awry." That means throwing out banking laws that were created in response to "Robber Barons" and social programs designed in response to the great depression of the 1930s. A war against the lower classes is part of the process.
