What Lying Does

January 25, 2021

Lying is an attempt to strip the "self-evident and inalienable" right of persons to run their own lives. A liar is trying to hijack someone else's life. Liars don't have lives of their own; so they try to live someone else's life. The most extreme and degenerate corrupters become molesters in their habitual history of trying to take over the lives of other persons.

The clearest politcal manifestation was the Nazis death camps. The victims did not have a right to live, because they were said to be "worthless eaters." Someone else determined their right to live on the basis of verbal irrelevancies. Not allowing people to live their own lives is the underlying force that lying promotes.

Lying does that because life is unified reality. Strip away the unified reality by turning it into corruption and the life that is dependent upon the unified reality is no longer possible.

Life depends upon a relationship to unified reality. The concept of unified reality is almost (not totally) absent from moral and philosophical discussion. A correction is needed. The closest thing to unified reality that gets discussed is objective reality. It doesn't have to be unified reality, but it is only completely objective when it is unified reality. In other words, the subjectivity of falsifying reality is not an objective process.

So the purest form of objective reality is unified reality, and when that is what objective reality means, then unified reality creates the underlying principle. It is the requirement for life. And therefore, disunifying reality is making life impossible. Lying is disunifying reality; and the purpose is to make life impossible for the victims. Calling the victims worthless eaters is disconnecting them from unified reality in the same way lying does.

What it means is that there is an underlying force in the purpose of lying. The purpose is to strip the victims of their right to live their own lives and allow corrupters to hijack their lives. Corrupters are trying to degrade someone else's life, because they don't have lives of their own and they don't want anyone else to be better off than they are. Corrupters also want to extract life out of someone else, but that attempt is a second level of corruption after degrading someone else's life.

These forces are what drive unjustifiable purposes. Incompetent corrupters are trying to gain an advantage over other persons by robbing them of the ability to live. Without unified reality, life becomes impossible. So corruption is an attempt to rob other persons of the unified reality required to live.

This subject becomes more recognizable in terms of objective reality being required for constructivity. But that terminology doesn't get to the underlying corruption and might look almost normal or acceptable in the give-and-take of life. It's not accpetable; and the definition of unified reality as life explains why.

Misrepresentation tends to get trivialized, while the purpose is not trivial. The purpose is to separate the victims from the unified reality required for life. It's an abstract equivalent of murder. Preventing people from living by separating them from unified reality is like sending them to the death camps of the Nazis.

Yet conservatives live by misrepresentation as their "bread and butter." They try to paint liberalis into endless frames which are gross misrepresentations. Conservatives are subconsciously trying to reduce their oponents to nonexistence as their method of prevailing against them. Ridiculing vulnerable persons including the lower classes, minorities and immigrants is an attempt to prevail by stripping vulnerable persons of their right to live.

Being wrong is not the same thing. Being wrong is correctable. Misrepresentation is insulated from being corrected due to the motive of stripping the victims of their right to live.
