Science and technology are being used to glamorize fascism. Fascism is the socialization of corruption. That means the prevailing social influence is corruption, while democracy supporting rationality and constructivity is overwhelmed by corruption.

As always, corruption is promoted through fakery. A pretense of value is generated by pretending that incompetent corrupters are solving problems. Imagery is used stripped of complexities that would show evidence of the opposite.

Why is there no discussion of the complexities of greenhouse gases, renewable energy, electric vehicles or self-driving? No criticism of the fakery is allowed. Criticism is always a necessary and constructive element of complex realities. Disallowing criticism should be self-condemning.

Self-driving vehicles are stripped of the numerous sensors that would be required to detect the complex elements of driving environments, so the vehicles will look normal and attractive. Without the needed sensors, the vehicles are placed in environments that have white lines to follow; and then millions of miles of history are chalked up as the selling points.

Thirteenth century scammers never had it so good. They didn't have the glamor of modern science and technology to plug into the fraud equation that incompetent corrupters need to dominate gullible fools.

Twenty years ago, the claim was that solutions to the approaching disaster cannot wait for proper methods of evaluation. The waiting for solutions has been going on for decades. A lot of discussing could have been occurring; but none was allowed.

The claim was that erring on the side of caution was the proper thing to do. Destroying energy and transportation systems to put incompetent frauds in control of our lives was supposedly erring on the side of caution.

Imposing technological solutions to overwhelming problems without an evaluation of the science and engineering is a fraud upon the public. Science and engineering operate at the boundaries of knowledge. They don't exist without demanding evaluation of the complexities. That process doesn't exist for greenhouse gases, so-called renewable energy, electric vehicles and self-driving.

Incompetent power mongers generate fascism by taking over the social structures and converting them to power structures for their personal gain at everyone else's expense. To get public support, they contrive an image of wizardry by producing fake science that does the impossible, such as producing a helicopter on Mars, while there is no significant atmosphere on Mars.

All of the space projects outside of Earth's orbit are fake, because there is no way to navigate in deep space. The orientation of a spacecraft, its location or its direction of motion cannot be determined outside Earth's orbit, because there are no reference points in space to align upon.
