Reagan said, if you have to explain, you are already a loser. He assumed everyone should be trying to be a winner and destroying rationality is how to get there. It was "a new normal," because rationality was the normal that the universe demanded in defining life and the solutions to problems.

Trump is the result of forty years of Reaganism. Winners spent forty years destroying rationality to put Trump in power.

Conservatives can't explain their cause. Woke is not an explanation; it's a target. But woke has a history and meaning. It means rationality.

Reaganites said their purpose was "to get rid of eighty years of liberalism gone awry." That eighty year history also has a meaning. It means laws were written, first to outlaw organized crime in financial processes and banking, and then to create a social safety net for vulnerable persons.

Throwing out laws properly created through democratic processes is the purpose of conservatives, because corrupters cannot tolerate demands being placed upon them. Reagan said, "government is the problem"—not a particular type of government but government.

Ripping off the needy is a purpose of corrupters who acquire power, because the lower classes create social complexities and place demands upon power mongers. Similarly, all differences create social complexities which corrupters cannot deal with, which results in white racism and promotion of fake purity values.

The political purpose that conservatives promote becomes more concerted and visible, as the process becomes more successful. They kid no one anymore. Their use of a debt limit to get rid of social programs was terrorism at work, not democracy. After stripping almost all taxation from corporations and the rich, taking food from the needy was the only result allowed for cutting government expenses.

Corporations were paying 60% of government revenue before Reaganism. It was down to 5% when Trump acquired power and used two tax give-aways to corporations to burn three trillion tax dollars. Then ripping off the needy was supposedly needed to reduce government debt.

There was no real reason to reduce government debt. The government debt was the lowest in several decades based on size of the economy; and modern economies are said to need government debt as an investment tool. No explanations were included in the terrorism; just reduce debt because we said so, or we will destroy the global economy; and taxing corporations is not allowed in doing so.

Truth cannot be allowed in the terrorists' standard. The reason why is definitive. The reason why truth cannot be allowed is because no one would allow the result when properly described. So why produce a result that is not acceptable? Because it is how terrorists acquire power. Why should terrorists acquire power? To be winners. Why should terrorists be winners? Because everyone is supposed to be winners according to Reagan.

Rationality eliminates the whole concept of what winners and losers are, because rationality requires a relationship to the objective realities of the universe which define life and solutions to problems. The persons disappear as sources of reality in that process, which means they are neither winners or losers.

Journalists put Trump in power the first time; and they are determined not to do so again. But they are doing so again, because they don't know how not to. The reason why that dilemma exists in journalism is because it is required by simplistic standards of reporting which don't go beyond the superficialities with abstract analysis of the right and wrong of subject matter. Procedures can be adapted to differentiate right from wrong through context. Yet quoting every word of Trumps and equating Trump with normal and necessary is the only process being used.

In other words, when journalists do simplistic reporting, they put winners in power—good, bad or indifferent. Those who are mentioned are winners. Those who are ignored are losers. That means the terrorists are winners and rational persons are loser, because terrorism must be reported, while the normalcy of rationality needs no reporting.

So Trump gets elected by being more of a terrorist than anyone else. That makes him a winner; and incompetent corrupters vote for winners, not rational persons, which is the essence of demagoguery.
